Another important place to see in Tinsukia is Sadiya, which is lying on the foothills of Himalayas and is a small and beautiful village surrounded by rivers on three sides. On the fourth side, it has Arunachal Pradesh. Digboi is yet another must see place. It boasts of tea plantations and happens to be Asia’s first oil town. It has 18-hole golf course and amazing scenic beauty. Don’t forget to visit the oil museum here. One can also play golf at Margherita, another scenic and one of the must-visit places.
