About
Single accommodation with Vegetarian Food (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
Panchakarma Treatments - there will not be any additional charges if one gets 5 or 6 treatments a day, this is a fixed package , where we will never count the number of treatments. The treatment plan will be finalized after the consultation with our in-house Ayurveda Doctors.
Individual Health Program (diet, daily routine, recommendations of medicines etc.) for the period of 3-6 months after Panchakarma course.
One hour group Yoga class.
Up to one year on-line (email or skype) health support.
About the Center
In addition to the Ayurvedic treatments, guests can take advantage of other wellness opportunities for physical fitness, spiritual growth and self-development, including Yoga classes, Meditation classes, Jyotish (Vedic astrology) consultations and participate in lectures on Ayurveda, Vedanta, different aspects of Vedic knowledge and Indian culture. At the end of their Ayurvedic treatment, the guests take home an individual health program plan which includes a diet plan, daily routine, special recommendations to maintain the positive results of Panchakarma treatment and keep the body and the mind fit and healthy.
