This basic Ayurveda preventive and regenerative program suits all, irrespective of age and gender. Here guests will experience a full program of authentic Ayurvedic therapies, which work to create balance between body, mind and soul.

It is a combination of Abhyangam Massage (Kairali offers a unique form of Abhyangam massage where two masseurs simultaneously and rhythmically massage you) followed by several ayurvedic therapies and manages to bring out the perfect well-being & balance in you.

These massages are considered to be the most effective method of natural preventative medicine, helping you avoid unforeseen physical ailments, while rejuvenating the body and maintaining the bodies optimum physique. This is a package that can last anywhere between 3 to 28 days. However to get the maximum benefit of this program it is best to opt for a minimum 7 days package.

    Nestled in 50 acres of lush greenery in Palakkad, the retreat is solely focused on providing a wellbeing retreat experience. Their 30 elegant villas are designed according to Vastu Shastra and feature Red Oxide flooring, a rare Valambari Conch shell and has a gentle stream flowing around every villa. A qualified dietician assists guests with a vegetarian diet plan at its multi-cuisine restaurant. 

    Kairali offers personalized treatments and detoxification programs for concerns including stress relief, arthritis, migraine, post pregnancy care, beauty and weight loss.  Visitors are also educated in Ayurvedic cookery and nutrition, Yoga and meditation to ensure that they are able to extend their lifestyle change long after returning home. Other services like yoga tuition, meditation, astrology, palmistry, lectures in Indian philosophy and traditional Indian rituals (pujas) are also offered.
