Panchakarma is the most popular Ayurvedic therapy used for cleansing and purifying the whole body. Panchakarma has proved very beneficial and works on the overall health and wellness of the body. The whole treatment is divided into three different stages.

The therapy works on removing the dosha disproportion by cleaning the waste accumulated in the different channels of the body which are known as Srotas.

Panchakarma (five actions) gives priority to the condition of the patient and according to it the duration of the period of the therapy varies.
