This is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha based on panchakarma. The package process includes body massage, Snehapanam, Vamana, Nasya, Virechana, Sneha vasthi, Kashaya vasthi, Pizhichil, Njavara kizhi, Tharpanam (cleaning the eyes), Sirovasthi, and steam bath.
