    Dynamic
    Hatha Yoga Exercises
    Students will gain extensive knowledge of yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline.

    Ashtanga Vinyasa
    Students will gain extensive knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga postures as taught by K.Pattavi Jois and will increase their strength, flexibility and discipline.

    Yin Yoga
    Yin is a relaxing, slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that activates the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body.

    Kundalini Yoga
    It is a yoga of awakening and our teacher introduces the Traditional Kundalini Tantra practice with all its mudra, chanting and movements.

    Energetic
    Pranayama
    Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique that is used as preparation for meditation and is a vital aspect of practicing yoga. It improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind.

    Mudra
    The practice of Mudra hand gestures is an ancient facet of yoga. Performing gestures effects the energy flow of the body and can change a person's spiritual and mental characteristics.

    Bandha
    The practice of Bandhas expands the lung capacity and breathing capabilities during yoga and it helps to awake kundalini.

    Satkarma
    Kapal bhati and Agnisar kriya will be tought to heal and clean your both physical and subtle body.


    Theoretical
    Philosophy
    Yoga philosophy open up your understanding of life. You will learn all aspects and aim of yoga which is normally many of us do not know.

    Anatomy
    The purpose of yoga anatomy is not to know how many muscles and bones are there but to understand who we are in reality and how we are made so that we can know the purpose and how to regulate, control and balance yourself.

    Ayurveda
    Ayur mean life and veda means knowledge or science. So Ayurveda means science of living. In this course students will be introduced this sister science so that that can know the depth of natural healing.


    Self-work

    Self-study
    Self- study has its important role in the yoga courses. Only classes with the teacher can not help you if you don't have the ability to grasp. Everything takes time to digest. Here in your course you will get few hours dedicated for self study in your program.

    Self- practice
    Self practice is the best way of learning yoga. Here you understand your muscles, bones, joints, mind, emotion and you become more aware of yourself.

    Home work
    Regular homework will clear your understanding on your studies.

    Yoga business plan
    If your aim is to start your yoga studio or profession you must understand the system of yoga business so that you can achieve success. Yoga is an ancient Indian practice for optimum physical and mental well-being.

    Teaching practice
    Students will take part in teaching practices to the friends or families to improve their teaching skills.

    Relaxing
    Meditation
    Meditation is a systematic practice that promotes physical, mental and emotional tranquility with the purpose of reaching Samadhi (self-realization). In Yoga Sutra “One pointed uninterrupted awareness towards the object of concentration is called meditation” to have that ability to control the mind.

    Yoga Nidra
    When a yoga practitioner moves through the various internal states of Yoga Nidra, a profound experience of relaxation occurs. This is called "Turiya," a sensation of pure bliss. This sleep awareness practice is the boon for modern stress to remove and it needs good preparation.

    Mantra chanting 
    The purpose of mantra chanting in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.
