Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga. Our Yoga certification courses are devised after in-depth study of yoga texts and having years of experience in yoga techniques.

MULTI-STYLE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
In our 200 hour yoga teacher training, we teach a multi-style yoga practice including Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (dynamic flow), Yin yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Aerial yoga and Acro yoga many other traditions of India. In this manner, the student has an option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in future. We also emphasize on therapeutic aspect of yoga, so that students who are suffering from disease can join us for their own benefits and also for the help of others.

    We have redefined a curriculum as per the international standards of Yoga Alliance USA coupled with our own expertise in the field of yoga. The prime objective is to prepare the future teachers physically and spiritually ready to practice and teach by themselves. We will lay down the foundations to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher.
    The main areas that we cover in our program will be will be classified in 5 modules: Yoga teaching techniques, teaching Methodology and Yogic Lifestyle, Philosophy, Anatomy and physiology, and Practice.

    Kashish Yoga currently offers 200 hours training courses in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha near the picturesque beaches of Goa. The center is far from distractions and noise, but not far enough for guests to enjoy a beautiful swim and soak up the sun just 200 meters at Patnem beach.

    The school aims to provide simple, effective, systematic and scientific way of teaching yoga for everyone.

  • YOGA TEACHERS AT KASHISH YOGA Akhilesh KR: Akhilesh E-RYT 500hrs yoga instructor with a decade of yoga teaching experience in the styles of Hatha Vinyasa Ashtanga Was introduced to yoga at the age of 17 and started to teach at corporates in Infosys, Dell, Accenture, in 2010. He completed his 200 hrs YTT and 500 hours YTT in Bangalore and did an additional 250 hours YTT in Mysore with Bharath Shetty Yoga India in 2015. His personal and individualized approach of integrating various styles of yoga, influenced by my own experience inspired by Power Vinyasa Ashtanga Vinyasa. This teaching philosophy can benefit all body types. The base of the classes is a focus on breath and alignment while leading students through a series of asanas. The sequence and intensity of the class vary in accordance with students’ experience and energy. His classes are accessible to beginners, while also challenging for intermediate students – with individual attention paid to each student staying true to the original training roots.

    Vaishnavi: A spiritual seeker, Vaishnavi practiced law for over 7 years before she discovered her love for yoga. The idea of becoming a Yoga Instructor/ Teacher came to her after she completed a 10-day Vipassana course. She completed her 200 hrs Teacher Training Course in 2015. Vaishnavi also works as a Yoga therapist for individuals with special needs. She believes that while asana and Pranayama practices are essential for one’s body and mind, meditation is essential for the soul. She is a practitioner of Vipassana and Yin Yoga and includes one of the forms of meditation practice in the classes that she teaches.

    Qualifications: RYT200, uBloom Level1 & 2 Certified Yoga Therapist, Yin Yoga Certified Teacher Amelia Guzheng: Amelia started her yoga journey in China and completed her 200 hours (multiple styles) yoga teacher training in India. Omkar: Yoga was always a traditional way of exercises for Omkar, since childhood. Suffering from poor breathing and digestive conditions, he faced lot of inferiority complex, fear, anxiety and depression. Regular practice of Yogasanas, Pranayama, and Meditation helped him recover from poor health conditions. He started learning Yoga professionally and spent 6 years learning the various aspects of Yoga – Karmayoga, Rajayoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnanayoga, Hathayoga.
