    Policies

    In case of a booking cancellation due to any reason(s), you are liable to pay the appropriate cancellation charges to the resort. A written cancellation request should be provided to the resort by you in such a case. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab is used to calculate deductions:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
