    Policies

    In case of a booking cancellation due to any reason, you have to notify us in written. In such condition, you will have to pay the appropriate cancellation charges to the resort which will be effective from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made on the basis of the following slab:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
