    The resort asks for a written cancellation request in case you want to cancel your booking due to some reason(s). You will have to pay appropriate cancellation charges in such cases which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted from your booking amount:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
