    Policies

    In case of cancellation of bookings, you have to provide a written cancellation request to the resort. In such a case, you will be liable to pay appropriate cancellation charges to the resort. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab is referred to calculate the deductions:

  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
