    For cancellation of your hotel booking due to any reason/reasons, you need to update us with a written application and pay some cancellation charges. Find the booking cancellation slab given below.

  • If cancelled before 15 days of the date of arrival: No retention charge
  • If cancelled within 07 – 14 days of the date of arrival: 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention charge
